Gabriel Cruz is an architect, urban planner, and researcher, with a master’s degree and PhD candidate in Architecture and Urbanism from NPGAU-UFMG, with complementary training in Social Sciences at the same institution. His career is marked by research into the relationships between the production of urban space, processes of racialization, and the body from an anti-colonial and interdisciplinary perspective. His work combines philosophy, art, and urbanism to imagine non-colonial spatial futures.
