This global-e series originated in an international conference on the current state of globalization and globalism initiated by the Center for Advanced Studies of Eurac Research, Bolzano-Bozen, in May 2019. Eurac Research is the social sciences research flagship of the Autonomous Province of South Tyrol, Italy, considered “the” European model for successful administration of a pluri-ethnic territory and example for a “Europe of Regions.” The series, under the full rubric Re-Globalization: Globalism’s New Frontiers, is co-edited by Roland Benedikter and Ingrid Kofler of Eurac Research.
