Stephen Borunda is a PhD student in Film and Media Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a graduate student fellow at the Orfalea Center for Global and International Studies in the Future Infrastructures: Water, Energy and Justice cluster. He is also the coordinating editor for the new journal Media+Environment.
