Evan is a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of California, Santa Barbara,
studying Global Studies, East Asian Studies, and History. His research project, of which this
work is derived, analyzes the efficacy of public participation in Chinese environmental policy. He is currently applying to PhD programs to continue his studies.
