Reilly Clark is an art historian and art appraiser. Reilly earned his BA and MA in Art History at Stanford University. He also studied at the University of Oxford, where he specialized in art repatriation. As a PhD Student at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Reilly studies repatriation, restitution, and museum practice.
