Marília Oliveira Calazans is a Brazilian archaeologist working in forensic anthropology in collaboration with social movements on research that examines and produces evidence of state violence. She is a Fulbright Visiting Research Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a PhD candidate at the University of São Paulo and a staff researcher at the Federal University of São Paulo.
