Debaye Mornan is an Afro-Colombian scholar activist from Grupo Interseccionalidades (Casa Cultural El Chontaduro). She holds a Master degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Cambridge and is currently working on her PhD thesis on Black women and the politics of dis/appearance in Cali/Colombia.
