Stella Z. Paterniani is an Associate Professor at the Department of Anthropology at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil. She develops research with social justice movements for housing in Brazil and South Africa, with a particular interest in how Black studies and Black radical tradition can reframe urban studies through the critical of the analytics of raciality.
